Umarried partner visa

Hi there, i applied for my unmarried partner to come here , paid settlement fee and IHS fee for 2.5 years but she got d-marriage/cp visa for six months .. now i am really confused any advice please ?

What kind of evidence did you provide that you lived together for 2 years?

What was the visa fee :?:
(Casa, not CR001)

£1600 visa fee and £1200 for IHS

Presumably all substantial evidence of living together for at least 2 years in both names not such a few bills and insurance?

What options did you tick on the form? Did you by any change tick : settlement - settlement - marriage?

What does the letter say that you received with the visa?

Were these bills and insurance covering the whole 4 years? How many there were? Were they in English\translated into English?
