Spouse Visa approved travel back home

Hello

Can anyone please advise or guide me. My wife is a Indian citizen and I a British citizen, we arw living together in the UK.

Can my wife visit her home country india? Or do we need to apply for a visa if yes which visa? and how long can she visit her home country? on her spouse visa. She has a BRP card

A visa for which country are you asking about? If she is an Indian citizen, she doesn't need a visa for India.

If she has a spouse visa, she is free to travel.

My wife is a Indian citizen and wants too travel back too India, we are not sure if she needs a Indian visa.

And how long she can stay out of the UK.

Our concern is if she leaves the UK to visit her family in India with a approved uk spouse visa will she be allowed too re enter uk with her BRP card.

Yes!!! Her brp card is a valid visa to enter the UK. Just don't lose it abroad.

A person holding as spouse settlement visa has NO absence limit.
