Tier 2 Dependent Incorporate company

Hi all

I was wondering if it is possible for a Tier 2 dependent to incorporate a company with a business bank account in the UK?

I am Tier 2 sponsored by employer and my partner who is a dependent wants to incorporate a company in the UK. Is it possible?

A tier 2 dependent is free to do any work, self employed or no work except the restrictions printed on their visa.
