An employment contract is not required supporting evidence and would be optional to include; the letter, payslips and bank statements are required so you should be fine. Per paragraph 2A.(ii) of Appendix FM-SE, if the officer reviewing the application wants to see an employment contract, they should ask for it.mark2019 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 8:10 amI started my job back In 2015 under employment status and the latest contract I have is dated August 2016, in the latest contract it doesn’t indicate any salary. Is it still advisable to send this?
I have already got 6 months payslips and letter confirming from my employer

Shouldn't cause an issue, for employment income the financial requirement is based on gross income rather than income after deductions. Payslips usually show gross income as well.mark2019 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 8:55 amThe problem I have is the last 6 months bank statements show my earning as the same but in December 2019 a new tax code was generated to take what was owed from my PAYE, so although it says my pay is the same I was actually paid less due to the tax deduction. Is this going to cause an issue?
If the amount deposited into your bank account differs from the net pay shown on your pay slip, it's probably worth a letter explaining why just so it's clear but I don't think that necessarily needs to be from your accountant (if the amounts are the same it's probably not even worth mentioning). HMRC should also issue a letter explaining the new tax code I think, so you could use this instead if you have received it by then.
I don't think one would be necessary, but if it helps you feel less stressed, including a letter of explanation probably wouldn't hurt either. I had my tax code change multiple times in the year before my last application and had no issues as gross pay met the requirement (and was consistent every month) and net pay matched what was put into the account, which is all they would really be looking for.
Anyone able to help with this one?mark2019 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 10:01 amHello
My Fiancé’s temporary resident visa has ran out in Mexico, she has got a letter from immigration dated 4th December 2019 and has had it professionally translated and appostille stamped. We have also provided her expired temporary visa as evidence and showing the identity number that corresponds with the immigration letter. Is this acceptable under the section permission to be in the country you are applying from? Our VFS appointment is this Tuesday coming
Sorry for all the messages but now but the stress has finally got to me
Many Thanks in advance

I believe this is self explanatory: your accommodation shall go to Accommodation, your Financial Evidence shall go to Financial Evidence. The template is the same for people who already live together, where partner already works in UK etc, so just do it based on common sense
common sense would indicate as the applicant is the one who is filling this outiwolga wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 5:30 pmI believe this is self explanatory: your accommodation shall go to Accommodation, your Financial Evidence shall go to Financial Evidence. I agree it is confusing. I assume they have the same set for visits visas. Then both the applicant and sponsor provide financial and accommodation evidence. In your case I suggest to follow logic as explained by CR001: no one cares re housing and income of the applicant in home country AND don’t leave the folders empty. Hence I was talking about common sense. The reason I ask this is because under Sponsor Evidence it specifically indicates, sponsor financial evidence, sponsors proof of accommodation
