Hi All,
I qualify for long residency ILR (10+ legal stay in UK) but I have got a pre-settled status via my EU wife(she has settled staus).
Can I still apply for ILR on 10 year route this or next year if I want to? Will I be eligible?
I have to wait for 5 years to get settlement via pre-settled route and there is a good chance of mortgages being declined due to my pre-settled status.
Any advice would be of great help. I called HO and they dont know either and advised me to get help from immigraition consultants.
Thanks.

All leave will count towards 10 years long residence in the UK. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

When did your Tier 2 visa expire and when was your Pre-settled status granted ? As far as I know Section 3C does NOT apply to EU settlement scheme applications.
