I know how it works there, I just wanted to double check with you.
If you were employed in Morocco, it would have been easy to prove that for the purpose of getting a visa. You would show a letter from the employer, payslips and bank account showing the salary.
If you were properly self-employed, it would have been more difficult as you would have had to prove it by submitting more documents such are tax returns, certified accounts... etc.
But as you are working informally, you will be considered without job for the purpose of immigration. You will give the Home Office your account showing money in, but no corresponding payslips, invoices, tax return or anything justifying that input of money.
Even when people work, have salaries, but the account shows other revenue that is not justified by anything, the Home Office doesn't like it and this often triggers refusals.
In your current situation, the chances of you getting a visitor visa to the UK seem very low to me. At this stage, I don't think the risk is worth it. You are better off keeping your shot for later when your professional situation looks better.
