Help needed.. From Work Permit to Marriage what next?

Hello All, last time I posted here a few months ago ad the advise given to me was spot on and now I have our marriage certificate.
I have been in the UK for a 5 years work permit that is good till 2011, I have been here for about 2 and half years,
My wife is from Slovakia, Now I have a job offer from a differnet company and I am need to know what I need to do. as I know I need to change my work permit via home office, will it be the same even now? or is there any other way?
I have read about eea2 as well, if that is the case how long can it take and can I change my job with 0ut that?
