SET(M) Home Details "Neither own nor rent"

Post by suhashroy1 » Thu Jul 09, 2020 2:14 pm

Good Afternoon,

My wife is applying for SET(M) in 5 years route. I own a property and my wife, my son and myself are living in the property for last 3 years. But my wife's name was not included in the deed or mortgage documents.

I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone can help with:

In "Home Details" section it says "Do you own or rent your home?". And there are 3 options - 1) I own 2) I Rent 3) Neither Own nor Rent

Could you please suggest which option should my wife choose as her name is not in the deed document?

Many Thanks.
