hi.i m looking into self uploading my wifes documents onto vfs global website.i need to know whats the best way to upload wedding photos and whatsapp chat and call history onto vfs global website.also what is the maximum file size you can upload.on vfs site it says 10 mb but i keep seeing 6 mb so whats right?any help much appreciated.

Wedding photos can be pasted on ms word file around four per page and whatsapp calls/chat' snapshots can be converted into 4-6 frames per page by using a softwAre to keep the size to minimal. Keep them up to 6mb

Plenty of free frame making software available online from Google drive/apple store. They can do this job in seconds

Data cable. Or you can upload them directly @ vfs/ukvcas website from your phone.

hi seagul.thanks for your helpful advice mate.i will see if i can do it as you said.also does ukvi accept files that are not physically scanned onto the computer and then uploaded e.g if i download my bank statements online from my online account with my bank and then simply upload it to vfs site without printing n thn physically scanning it.my bank said its the exact copy of the statements i would receive in post if i order them.it wont say its online copy or anything like that

Hi.seagul.i managed to do the whatsapp chat and call logs like you told me.thank you for ur advice.i just got another question.my payslips are generated electronically by my employer.i have printed them out.as they are electrinic psyslips my employer has mentioned in my employment letter that.
WE FURTHER CONFIRM THAT (COMPANY NAME) wage slips are generated electronically and printouts are true copies of the originals.
its mentioned in the same employment letter where it states my job position,hourly rate ,etc.
its not a separare letter.
will that be ok or do i definately need to get a separate letter to support my payslips.
any help much appreciated.

What you have got is enough without needing for another letter.

No need of any certification/notarisation. Also both compositions (color/black &white) are acceptable provided up till 6 MB.

Depending on printer you are using, from setting you can directly scan it in A4 without the need to photocopy first in A4 before scanning. Note that what finally gets uploaded should be the A4 size.

Hi i applied for my wife's spouse visa yesterday.everything being paid and done.just need to upload the documents now but the problem is on vfs site its says due to coronavirus no appointments are available at your choosen visa application centre.can anyone tell me if they got there appointment booked in islamabad and how long it took them before the available appoinment became visible on vfs site.also whats the best time to look for appointments on vfs site.Any help much appreciated.

Hi.im uploading my wife docements onto vfs global site .theirs each catery for different documents.when you upload a file,they ask for the files name.after its uploaded you can view it.but when you view it,it doesnot show the files name that you given to each file when they ask for it.anyone with same experience.any help much appreciated.

I won't worry at all provided the file have successfully been uploaded. Also UKVI can request if something finds missing.

Hi seagul.i got a question.under which category on vfs global site i need to upload land registry documents , mortgage statement .is it gona be under sponsor evidence or accomodation evidence.the land registry and mortgage statement is in sponsors name(husband name).also divorce certificate between sponsor and ex partner under which category that goes.sponsor evidence or additional documents.same with citizenship certificate of sponsor me (husband) does that go under sponsor evidence or additional documents.any help much appreciated.

No issue if it is only in sole name. Accomodation evidence seems more suitable.

Is it because there is no other evidence of your sponsor's qualification to sponsor you?
