Hi All,

I' still waiting for IDV App 2nd invite for Facial image & today I received an email from UKVI to take part in their survey below are the details: My application is still being processed so is this normal to send a survey email , did anyone receive such email from UKVI & your Naturalisation application is still pending a decision?

On behalf of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), we would like to invite you to take part in a short survey about future interaction with UKVI following your settlement application. More specifically, the aim of this survey is to understand the choices available to citizenship applicants and how these can be improved in the future.
