Family and Working Visa for the UK via Family living in UK

Hi there,

I am 25 years old and i am South African.
5 years ago my mother and twin 'half' sisters moved to the UK. My mom is South African but my sisters are both British and South African because my mom married a British man in South Africa (They are divorced since 2007/2008) The reason they left to the UK is because my 1 sister is blind and has autism.(The education for people with her conditions is poor in South Africa)

My mom has a visa with the right to work and live in the UK because she was proven to be my sisters permanent care taker.

My question is whether i am capable of getting a similar visa (right to work and live in the UK) through my sisters? My mom and sisters mean alot to me and in many ways we are best friends...It's hard to not see them grow and be there to help them out.

Unfortunately highly unlikely. You would need to find a visa you qualify for in your own right.

You would have been able to apply for a visa and move with your mom if you had been under 18 at the time she moved.

Yes i do but not blood related so i dont think it matters. My half sisters dad and his parents were born in the UK

Unfortunately that doesn't count for an Ancestry visa.

Do you have any high value skills and/or education that would qualify for a work permit type visa?
