Hello
We have submitted our ASA and received the HO review of the ASA at the end of September. Haven’t received anything further yet. Not sure what the next step is now? I’m hoping just a hearing date.
How about you? Where have you got to?

Case management form is submitted now from our side, now waiting for review.
Lets see where it gets us both. Fingers crossed. They should give you a hearing date now and what was the review by home office?

Review was that they stick to their original decision. Do update me if you have any progress and I will do the same.

Any update on your outcome? We have been asked to submit the Argument Skeleton by the hearing center. Then they will decide if they want hearing or can give us decision without hearing.
Thanks

Human rights. My reasons for refusal were very different to yours. We met all requirements of Appendix FM but my spouse had a poor immigration history.

It will take 1 year full to get the hearing date if your case is straight forward. Otherwise it can take upto 2 years.

I got my hearing for April 19th, 1 year and 6 months. There were a factor of corona and lockdown involved but the lockdown is still not completely finished.

That is correct. Do not expect it sooner, it will definitely take an year to get a hearing date. I would suggest you to start a fresh application if your case is straight forward.

I don't think it is an easy case. The home office rejects the application under paragraph EC-P.1.1(c) of Appendix FM of the United Kingdom Immigration Rules. (S-EC.2.5 (b(ii))).
So sad, do you have any idea how to flight for this?
