Hi, I received my BRP on the 4th of December.MeMe04 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 11:26 amI have received decision letter on 06th October and since last week of october chasing for BRP card. There is no response from BRP team. I alsohave sent emails to BRP team, complaints team, UKVISETM but not a single response. I am really getting worried. What should I do?MKC wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 9:18 pmI received approval letter on the 10th of October as well!soly20 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 8:30 pmHi everyone,
I applied as Sole representative of an overseas business. I got the approval letter and the Vignette on my passport on the 10th of October. I landed with my family on the 5th of November. I quarantined for the 2 weeks then went to post office, no BRPs. They told me there are some delays. I went again last week, nothing again. I wrote to https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/collect and last Thursday, no reply yet, only an automated message saying reply in 5 business days.
I have to travel in January and I can't without the BRP! Is this a trend these days? Its going to be 2 months from the letter soon!
I have been chasing since the 24th of October. I have sent emails to BRP team, complaints team, UKVISETM. The only response was 1.5 weeks ago saying the enquiry is forwarded to caseworker. No more news...
Good luck! Hope you will get yours soon though as you have to travel.

I filled the brp not arrived link on Nov 11th.
I got a reply saying that I need to wait 20 working days to receive a reply instead of 5 working days. Am I the only one who go 20 days instead of 5 days.
I wrote an email to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk. however there is no response from them yet. Please send me any other email address where I can escalate the issue.

Hi Santhosh, Did you receive BRP's, i also have the same problem, can you reply back?santhumax85 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 2:38 pmHi There,
my wife and kid BRP card not delivered yet.
They got application successful email on 27th Aug and they didn't receive BRP even after 10 Working days.
Then i reported the same on Sept 10th and didn't get any reply after 5 working days. again i Reported the same yesterday and today i got email from BRP Delivery team saying "We are unable to deal with this type of enquiry as it is not a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) delivery issue"
i had no clue what so ever happening. I called Home office and explained the situation and they are saying it might a technical issue and asking me to write letter to Home office.
Any suggestions please?
Thank you,
Santhosh

Hi,
I have also similar problem. I have arrived at the UK on 25.10.2020. I am yet to receive BRP from the post office. I have visited them 5 times and came back without having BRP. Please let me know the procedures if you have obtained BRP.
Thanks
Yes reporting on this website www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/report-problem should help. You need to report every person separately.mreddytamma wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 6:14 pmHi
Thanks for the reply.
Actually, my dependents travelled from India to the UK on 30th of Oct and as of now BRP not received. went to collect the BRP from post office around 10 times but they are saying BRP cards are not reached.

Hi Iryna,IrynaAntoniuk wrote: ↑Mon Dec 28, 2020 2:30 pmHi everyone.
I have the same problems with BRP collecting and no answers and actions from the Home Office side.
I have got the Global Talent Art and Culture Migrant permission to be in the UK for 5 years. My husband has got the Global Talent Partner permission, the same period. The decision letters both are on 18 Nov 2020. Vignettes on our passports are valid for 3 months. We made applications outside the UK. The decision letter said we must collect BRP 10 days in the post office after arriving, but, if we are from a country that needs self-isolation, after 14 days of self-isolation. It was also said BRPs will be waiting for collection for 90 days instead of 10 days.
For this date (28 of Dec 2020) we couldn't get BRPs, because they did not arrive at the post office, it is 40 days after the decision letter. Without BRPs we can not do almost anything, no police registration, no permanent rent property, no opening a bank account, no being self-employed, and move to other places.
The timeline of actions we have already made is below. Still no answers and results, but maybe it will be helpful for someone as this topic was helpful for me. And I will update the status here then.
Overall I feel cheated. No public information about delays, no answers, no status, no even tracking number and name of delivery service…
- We landed in the UK on 2 Dec 2020
During self-isolation, we filled and sent out application forms to the police online, but did not make an appointment because they write to visit only with BRPs
After self-isolating (2 weeks) went to the post office, on 16 Dec 2020, no BRPs
Wrote to BRP team via website https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/collect 16 Dec 2020, no response after 5 days
Call to post office 18 and 22 Dec 2020 - no BRPs
Wrote to BRP team via website https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/collect 22 Dec 2020, no response after 5 days
Wrote to BRPdelivery@homeoffice.gov.uk, complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk, UKVISETM@homeoffice.gov.uk 22 Dec 2020, no responses
Wrote to forum whatdotheyknow.com 27 Dec 2020, they respond with advice to write to public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk
Wrote a letter to public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk 28 Dec 2020 and got the automatic response “We aim to provide a response within 20 working days”
Wrote to local MP 28 Dec 2020, truly hope it will help
Maybe we all should collect our requests and make a petition? Has anyone encountered a similar one?
And thanks to everyone who is writing here and sharing information and updates. It is really helpful.
Best,
Iryna
