British naturilisation online application and absence because of the Pandemic

Seeking advice please

I am holding ILR through EU family member and after 10 of good character since my first visa , now is the time for me to apply for British naturalisation however I traveled since December 2019 and I was stuck because of the Pandemic I could not travel back to UK .

I have got Life in UK certificate
I have got English language certificate
I have got all P60 before I have got my ILR
No criminal record
I have got all rent agreements and bills for the last 10 years
I pay all the taxes
I have got my permanent resident card


Question :Can I apply online now for the citizenship ? if yes
Can I apply online from abroad or I must apply from the UK territory ?
Could the absence time (because of the Pandemic COVID 19 ) cause problems ?
