Nearly married

Post by Friendly_Ghost » Mon Jan 18, 2021 10:38 pm

Hi everyone, and thank you in advance for reading this. We are really confused and we need some help with my girlfriend. I am Greek living in UK for 4 yrs (currently pre-settlement status) and she is Paraguayan. We met 3 yrs ago in Spain and since then we have a long distance relationship visiting her in Spain. We are planning to get married in March 2021 in Greece and live together in UK. However, I am not sure how is this possible. Initially, I thought that she could join my Brexit application since it would be my wife, however, there is a sentence that indicates that we have to prove that our family relationship existed before 31st December 2020. Could anyone give us any advice and how we can solve this so we can live together?

Thank you!!! :)
