Yes and you have to apply for a new visa with a new employer.1) Since I already would have a skilled worker visa, do I still need to find a new employer who has a sponsorship license and who can give sponsorship?
Impossible for us to tell you if it will be hard or not.2) If the answer to the above question is YES, then will it still be hard to find a sponsor then? Asking because I already would be having a skilled worker visa at that time.

You have said "ilr visa". ILR stands for Indefinite Leave to Remain. Does the same rule apply for skilled worker visa as well?
No. If you travel out of the UK while an application is pending, it will be considered withdrawn.
