hello all i am new in here
my wife went to test for A1 in online 7 weeks a go from Languagecert but still we waiting for result i have been try contact to them many time but the answer ! just wait , dose anyone have same situation thanks guys for your help.

You have to keep contacting them because it is very weird for them to have kept you waiting for 7 weeks.

temp working for agency

hello everyone
I want apply for spouse visa for my wife
I am working for agency temp to perm i work 5 days a week 40 hours a week after 12 weeks i would be perm dose home office accept payslip from agency or i have to work 6 month for company ? my plan 3 month payslip from agency and 3 moths payslip from company and my salary more than £18.600 for both thank you for your advice.

You need to employed for 6 months at least with either the agency or current employer for your income to count under CAT A either salaried or unsalaried. If you have not been with either employer for 6 months at the application date, you will need to apply using CAT B.

i want to apply for spouse visa for my wife but she has 1 son 14 years old from previous marriage is any chance i apply for visa for both.

yes, provided you are British and your wife has had and continues to have sole responsibility for her son's upbringing.

Hello everyone I hope someone advice me.
I am from iraq I was married in UK 2006 my ex she was British after 3 years we divorce now I am married again in my country and in iraq they put in marriage certificate single they didn't put divorce , do you think would be problem for spouse visa and I have divorce letter and I will inform to home office when I apply for spouse visa thank you for your advice
