Change Jobs / update application

Dear All,
If I happen to change jobs while waiting for a decision on my naturalisation application do I need to inform HO that I have quit/changed my job? If yes then how do I do so.

Dear All,
In response to the below question

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

I have only mentioned my ILR application but didnt mention my previous Tier 2 (work visa) and Tier 4 (student visa) applications. Do you think I shouldve mentioned all visas obtained?
