Passport collection after visa issued email (Lahore)

Hi guys,

My mother-in-law received the visa application issued email on 19 Oct 2021 but since then we have not received any notification or calls for passport collection.

That being said, we received the same visa issued emailed again a couple of days ago so I am just wondering if it could be for the passport collection instead and was sent the wrong email by mistake?

What is your experience in terms of passport collection delays after you had your visa issued? It's been 10 days since the decision and there is no update as to when we can go and collect the passport. Is it worth visiting the VFS office in Lahore just in case?

I’m in very similar situation like u. Recieved issued email on 19th Oct for 3 applications. 2nd issued email on 27th Oct for 2 out of 3 applications. Nothing further.
Plz share if u have any further updates on ur side. It’ll be helpful for all
