PBS Dependant ILR application

Hi all,

We are about to apply ILR for my wife who has been on PBS Dependant Leave to remain and currently I am British citizen through Tier-1 general route. My wife completed continuous 5 years on "PBS dependant Leave to Remain" category.

1. In the home office website it is mentioned that "You can no longer apply for indefinite leave to remain under Tier 1 (General) or Highly Skilled Migrants Programme categories."
Hope that is applicable only for the main applicant and not for the dependants. Hope we need to fill the SET(O) for my wife's ILR application.

2. While filling the online application, the option we need to select as category is "Tier 1 or Global Talent dependants". I cannot see any other option closest for PBS dependant of Tier-1 general.


Would you be able to confirm the above two points.

1. This is only relevant to main Tier 1G visa holders as the route closed fully in April 2018.
