ILR For my over 18 Daughter

Post by jamill » Wed Oct 29, 2008 8:02 pm

I recently obtain ILR. Because of money issues i didnt apply together with my 19 year old daughter. Now i would like to go and do it over the counter in Solihull, birmingham. What documentation do i need to take with me? She is 100% my dependent. Is she needed for the appointment? Thank you for your help

See also ILR FOR SETTLEMENT CHILDREN. Take as many documents as possible to prove that she satisfies the requirements. If she is applying for SET(F), in-person, then, of course, she should attend. Make sure that the application is submitted before her leave expires.

There's no harm in taking more documents than you may need.
