ILR to BC Application Queries

Post by klownking » Wed Jan 05, 2022 4:22 pm

Hi All,

I currently hold an ILR (Tier2 --> ILR) and I am filling my Naturalization form. After filling the form I downloaded the referee form and noticed that the form files name are (1st_Referee_Declaration_MN1.pdf & 2nd_Referee_Declaration_MN1.pdf), MN1?. Now, I am wondering have I filled the wrong form.

Can anybody please clarify that?

I have used this link

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1619791561

Thanks

Also, I don't understand the following on the HO website:
Example

If the Home Office receives your application on 20 June 2022, but you left the UK on 10 June 2017 and returned to the UK on 25 June 2017, you will not qualify. You’ll need to wait until 24 June 2022 to apply.
I was on holiday from 7 Sep 2021 to 17 October 2021. I have never been absent from the UK for 90 days in one year time or have more than 450 days in 5 years.
