Spouse visa to UK partner EU citizen

Hi,

Recently, I am married my wife she is in Turkey and she is a Turkish citizen. I want to get a visa to her so i have searched about it but could not find the way under EEA applications. So does she need an English certificate A1 level? Where we can apply for it i am currently working in the UK for nearly 4 years and my salary is over £18,600 per year.

Could you please help me with that? How can i get a UK visa for her to live here in the UK with me ?

Three things:

1. The EEA route is closed due to Brexit
2. The EU Settlement Scheme replaced the EEA route, and it is available for EU citizens who were residents in the UK before December 31st 2020
3. Turkey is not part of the EU or EEA

Hello we just married 2 days ago and I was in the UK since 2017 I got pre-settlement status here as a Bulgarian citizen

If the marriage took place after 31st December 2020, then your wife does not qualify under the EU Settled Status Scheme. It only covers those non-EEA citizens who were already family members (such as spouses) of settled/pre-settled EEA citizens before 31st December 2020.

Your wife will need to meet all the standard requirements for a spouse of a British citizen (English language, Minimum Income Requirement of £18,600, fees of about £3300, etc) and will be issued a 2.5 years visa, etc.
