Based on the income you make, I don't see why you would avail yourself of the voluntarily leaving offer from the HO. I think that should be people whose income is very low or has lack of funds to return to their country. It isn't some kind of incentive, it is offered for more practical reasons.
And the 6 month timeframe is a bit unrealistic, the HO does not decide these type of applications quickly.

Monthly update on the progress of my application.

2. No correspondence received from the HO.

I was just wondering about the members levels. I started as a newbie now I am a junior member, how many levels of membership are there, what are the status of each level and how does one progress from one level to the other? Please could someone explain, in details if possible, I am just curious. Thank you in advance.

Maybe but he didn't bother to correct me that he makes sufficient funds and as such shouldn't be so greedy to avail himself of the incentive.

Your "membership" level is no more than an indication of how many posts you have made. It is not an indication of the quality or the ability to answer problems.

Newbie up to 10 posts
Junior member up to 50 posts
Member up to 100 posts
Member of standing up to 300 posts
Senior Member up to 500 posts
Sage up to 1000 posts
Guru 1000+ posts

Some other stats

11000 members have never posted
There are over 30,000 members
Less than 10% of the membership have obtained any status above Newbie

I wanted to know if I succeed in my ILR application how long will I have to wait to apply for naturalisation and for passport. Is it 1 year or 5 years as I have read different logs in this forum and I am not clear on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Naturalisation is different to ILR and has a good character requirement. AFAIR, it also has a requirement of 5 years without any illegal stays, so will probably be 5 years from the date you get ILR. The rules are changing soon though.

Another question is in regard to the best way to bring my fiancee (if I am successful with my ILR application). Her details are as follow:

She is highly skilled - Medical doctor (GP to UK standards) and from a non-commonwealth country.

As I may have to wait for 5 years to gain full citizenship, what way would be best for her to join me here.

3. I called the Home Office two weeks ago to find the progress of my case and I was told it was still in progress and that my case is NOT legacy.
