ILR LR application has the most minimal of conditions. The above questions supposed to be asked before now and appears you are only worried post application.fisheye wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 9:54 amI am really stressed out.
And now thinking of many other imperfect flaws maybe in my application.
(1) Why is there no place to fill in all my employment history? Does the case worker check it?
(2) The last question asks 'do you have any other reason to stay in the UK' the example is related to family, children etc. I think it is more associated with human rights. Can my new job offer (contract) potentially drops into this 'other reason' want to stay in the UK? It is too late to change my application but I just want to understand the legal ground for those questions.
Thank you for the answer. It is a very expensive and stressful process.contorted_svy wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:25 amEmployment is not a requirement for ILR, so don't stress about that! It's easy to overthink everything but no reason to worry about things that aren't asked.

The 2nd question needs to be truthfully answered as it applies to you
The reply to the question has no effect on your ILR (LR) application.fisheye wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:57 amThank you for the reply.AmazonianX wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 10:36 amILR LR application has the most minimal of conditions. Re- 2nd question. I was genuinely thinking that question is more related to human rights, family members, etc. from the example given on the form. So I didn't put my career or new job offer there.![]()

It's not a trick question. Just answer as you deem fit.
