Emergency Canada visa, Indian passport holder

Hi,
I am an Indian passport holder with ILR in the UK. My mom who is visiting my siblings in Canada suffered a heart attack. I wanted to know if there is any urgent visa that I can apply for to travel to Canada considering I am an Indian passport holder. Would it help if I go to the Canadian consulate and explain the situation, do they issue urgent visas in exceptional circumstances? Anyone with any experience around this would be a big help.
