LIUK does not expiretechtoon20 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 8:10 pmHi,
I had received my ILR (Under Tier 2 general route) 4 years back approx. 2018 and same time I had given Life in the UK and English B1 Certificate test.
Now I am going to apply for naturalization , do I have to again give these test or previous certificates will still work for naturalization.
Also what documents are required for British naturalization , if there is any link/thread please let me know.
Appreciate your response.
Regards
You also need to provide one of the following:
evidence of Indefinite Leave to Remain
a certificate of entitlement to the right to abode
evidence of settled status (also known as ‘indefinite leave to remain under the EU Settlement Scheme’)
This certificate proves that you're not subject to immigration restrictions. All British citizens have right of abode in the UK. Not everyone that has right of abode is British.techtoon20 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 20, 2023 1:54 pmHi,
I was going thru list of documents needed for naturalizations , I am an Indian citizen and currently hold ILR from last 3 years. One of the document listed in https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... onality-an is
"a certificate of entitlement to the right to abode"
I have no idea what is this and if this is something I need to provide.
Appreciate any help here.
