Questions on Sponsorship Letter

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have searched for my question but couldn’t find the relevant information so posting it here. I am applying for my sister’s visit visa. She is first time visiting from Pakistan. I am a UK national.

I need to send her a sponsorship letter. I have already created one and I have couple of quick questions

1) Do I need to get this letter signed from solicitor?
2) Do I need to send the original signed letter by post or can I scan and email it to her?

Another quick question, with all the other documentation, do we need to attach ticket reservations for my sister? I am reluctant in buying tickets until her visa is approved.

You do NOT need to provide confirmed booked tickets. UKVI form specifically states applicants NOT to book flights until they have the outcome of their visas.
