I have holiday booked since last yr for August 1st 2023, My citizenship ceremony is coming up soon, im still waiting for the date from the council. Please can I applied for premier Passport after the ceremony so that I can get it quickly or standard passport doesn't take long? Please advice

With current situation, no one will tell you standard passport application will be quick. Even the premium application is not guaranteed to be quick as this is your first passport application and HMPO could carry out exhaustive checks.

Ask for a ceremony date once you have returned from holiday. You have 90 days to attend the ceremony.

I would highly encourage you to apply for a visa right now if your holiday is not visa free on your current passport.
