2 year Child dependent visa extension

Hi I have completed the application of my 2 year child for extension skilled worker dependent visa using immigration check app.

But at the end of the application it is asking to submit proof of funds and no where it is asking about certify from sponsors.

Did i filled the correct application? Can we fill visa form of 2 year old by verification identofication through imm check app?
