Hello, thank you for your help.

I hold pre-settled status and am applying for settled status 'Based on Retained Right of Residence'. I have divorced the UK national that I was married to when I entered the UK on the EU settlement scheme in 2019. Our marriage met the criteria for me to apply based on retained right of residence (8yr marriage, 3yr together in the UK).

On the online application form it asks "Has your family member applied to the EU Settlement Scheme?" It won't let me answer 'No'. I am the only person applying, so who is my family member?
