Petty but important queries

i m also going to apply the same visa next week. i have worked with 2 companies in last 15 months, Worked with Company A from Oct 07 to Oct 08 , and recently switched to Company B in November 08.

1) Can i show only Company A's earnings in my visa application because out of these 15 months , i have worked with Company A for first 13 months?
(PLEASE NOTE : i am getting reqd points with Company A's last 12 months earnings)

2) Should i show one consolidated Bank statement in the EARNINGS section for whole 12 months salary credit or it is ok to show individual/physical MONTHLY BANK statements with same details for the same?

3) If i show my earnings from 01-Nov-07 to 31-Oct-08 (that's last 12 months from Company A only), what date should be used for Pound Rupee Conversion in order to claim points in the Points Based Calculator. Should that be 31st oct 08 OR any other date????????????

4) For Maintenance Funds Section also- i have maintained funds (3 lakhs)from 20 sept 08 till date which is above 3 months now. Please advice as to what date should be used for Rupee Pound Conversion

5) Query points 3 & 4 have different dates and rates for Pound Rupee conversion. Is it ok to provide 2 different dates and 2 different Rates for this conversion under 2 sections that are Earnings and Maintenance Section Respectively.

- See this from the Guidance Notes:

An applicant should use the closing spot exchange rate on the OANDA website at http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic on the last day of the period for which he/she has claimed earnings in that currency

Should be fine. Forex rates are too dynamic so although the guidelines provide that no point in the last three months should the funds fall below a specified level, for borderline cases atleat this can not be ensured unless you take the statement date as the conversion date -Others any thoughts?

" I understand that the Maintenance Funds qualification of 3months minimum balance should be the latest/last 3months and a letter from the bank which should be submitted before 1month though we may show earning any 12 consecutive months of the last 15months... a situation similar to above...

Am i correct in understanding the qualification of maintenance funds??
