Hi Zimba
I was hoping to please get a confirmation from you for my wife’s SET(M) application
First spouse leave to remain- 23 May 2019
Second spouse leave to remain- 14 Dec 2021 valid until 22 June 2024.
5 year period will be completed on 22 May 2024.
Eligibility date to apply for ILR SET(M) will be 25 April 2024?
If we submit the online application on 2nd May, will it be ok if we get biometric appointment before 22 May (5 year qualifying period) or do we need to book biometric appointment after 22 May?
Thank you.

When did she first enter UK on spouse visa or was she already in UK and switched to Spouse visa from another route?

The date if application is the date your submit and pay online.
Biometrics appointment can be anytime, it doesn't matter.

- You can book biometric appointment once you have submitted the Online Application, If the application is on 2nd May, Yes you can get the biometric appointment before 22 May. No Issues.

Hi everyone. Could I please confirm that SET(M) online form does not ask for details of british children such as name, nationality, passport number, address etc?
I remember that we completed those details on FLR(M).
Can someone please confirm this? Thank you.

The forms regularly change so we cannot confirm what to expect on a form. If you have British children, you do not need to provide their details

Thank you Zimba. We have already filled the form. All it asked was “Do you and your partner have any children together?” So we answered yes to that. But it didn’t ask for any more details.
I believe it only asks for dependent children details who are not british citizens.
Thank you.
