Spouse visa curtailed

Hi could someone please advice me as I have received a curtailment letter from Home office after I separated from my British partner. We have child but I am fighting a case in court for contact order. My child welfare hearing is on 1st Oct 2024 and my visa will be expired on 13th of sep 2024. What should I do now.. FLR HRO can help me with this situation?? What if court doesn’t give me an order to contact my child ? Please respond asap

FLR(FP) may be more appropriate than FLR(HRO). Apply before expiry of leave to prevent overstaying. Explain your circumstances with your application.

Yes you are right but I do not have child contact orders yet for that I am having an on going case in family court. FLR FP only helpful when I have court order for contact to child.
