EU settlement applying need help for old mother

Hi i need help so please reply me

My ex wife was EU national and she is settled in UK.
My daughter is also EU national and born in uk.
She is 15years old.she live with her Mom but we have good communication .
I have settled status in UK under EU settlement scheme as family member but i am divorced with EU national.

My mom came from India on visitor visa and she is around 70 years old .she has 2 years visitor visa .
Is there any chances if i can apply for her pre settle status under EU family member as mY daughter has EU citizenship even i and wife divorced but my daughter has blood relation with my mom so is there any chances if my mom can get pre settlement as grandmom of EU national .
Just to remind again my daughter is 15 years old.

Please Advice me

If there any other chances to get her pre settlement here because she is old and living in india alone.
I want her to stay with me so please reply me and guide me so i can do something for her settlement in Uk..

Does your daughter have Settled Status? Does she also have British citizenship?

Your mother not only needs to prove that she is a family relation of an EU national, but also that she is dependent on that EU national. How does she intend to prove dependency on a 15 year old?

My daughter has lithuanian passport and she has settled status.

I cant use my documents and her doxumwnt to prove relationship and my doxuments to prove that my mom depend on me.

Or is there any chance she can have pre settled status here

Your mother needs to prove both relationship with and dependency on either a EU citizen or the spouse of an EU citizen. At the moment, I presume you are neither.

My daughter lived with her mom and i am working full time.
My ex wife can provide me all documents needed for my daughter to prove her relationshio with my mom .
So like yoh said there are no chances to get any settlement in UK for her as grandmother of EU citizen because EU citizen only 15yrs
