UKVI throwing error while scanning brp for evisa due to last name

Hi my physical brp is having last name as - hyphen due to the fact that my Indian passport have blank surname. Now when I m trying to scan the brp it is throwing error "enter a valid surname" though I am not entering anything but just scanning the brp. Already raised the issue on Evisa chat. Just wondering, if anybody else is facing this issue?
