hello guys,
hope you all having a good summer, my partner is going to apply for extension of her visa, LEAVE TO REMAIN 10 year partner rout under paragraph D-LTRP.1.2.of appendix FM.
This is her 3 time for 2.5 years (30months). (her status before she got her visa was ilegal) she was granted her first leave to remain on the 18 october 2018. we have a son with british passaport and got british passaport as well.. we are not married but been living together for the last 9 year.
i applied the last time for her, but cant remember which FORM is to apply.
could you guide me the correct form?
many thanks

If your circumstances have not changed, then the answer is probably the same as for your last extension.

Note that D-LTRP.1.2. may exclude the financial requirements.
