Dependant maintenance in UK - but applying from India

Hi,

Can someone please help me. I am in UK for last 3 - 4 months on a WP valid for 2 years until 2010. But due to project constraints, I have to travel back to India.
While I was here I used to get a salary / allowance which has been maintained in my account consistently for more than 3 months.

Can I show my UK bank statements while I make my dependant application in India.

Is yes, how much balance I need to show in that acccount since I am joining my wife (Main applicant - Tier 1 holder) within 12 months

Yes you can. You+Main applicant have to show GBP 2800+1600 for the application.
