Can I switch my study visa to spouse visa

I’m student here since last year I mean September 2023 to 2024 my university time is finish September 2024 and I just failed my subjects and I did not submit desecration as well I want to switch my visa to skill worker visa but latter on I know that that I can’t get the skill worker visa then the uni offer me to enroll again but I did not enrol myself again now my question is that if I want to get married here is this possible that I get married here and I’ll be legal to stay here or not my valid visa is gonna expire on February please anyone help me out for this one I’ll appreciate that.

Sham marriage is a serious crime! I suggest you consider this when thinking about marriage for the purpose of obtaining a visa.

Technically if you get married and meet the spouse visa conditions you can switch to a spouse visa. However, marry someone for the sole purpose of getting immigration benefit is a serious crime.
