Are you currently single? You will have to be single at the time of your marriage to her to be able to sponsor her to the UK.

Do you earn more than £29,000 per year at least?

As for the children, you may have to legally adopt them to be able to sponsor them to the UK.

How old are the children?

If their other parent has died, no need to adopt them, evidenceust be submitted.

You can however expect an application to be scrutinised heavily (eg why can you not support them financially while they stay in their home country, why do they have to come to the uk, she has to prove she was free to marry as you do submitting all official paperwork, this arrangement could be viewed as a marriage of convenience for immigration purposes)

Thanks very much for your reply
The children are under 13 years old and no one is there in the family to look after them.because of the culture issues back home you have to Marry her if there are no one to stay with them and look after them. I have to marry her Islamic way and I can prove my brother death certificate. I don't know what other documents do I need and how this will work out ? Please if you can explain more what I must do .
Thanks
