URGENT PBS DEPENDENT STUDENT PARTNER VISA QUEREY

Please if some one has the same issue. Help me out.
I applied my pbs dependent partner visa on 6th october and given my biometrics on 28 October 24. And after waiting for over 10 weeks , for which i supposed to get decision within 8 weeks.i called them yesterday for case esclation. And they sent me email on 10 Jan 2025 stating status shows your biometrucs is outstanding and have 14 days to attend which i had already done on 28October. What should i Do ?
