Question About Address Update

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks to everyone on this forum. Your shared knowledge and experiences have been incredibly helpful during my British citizenship application process. I’m excited to share that I received my approval email yesterday and have already booked my ceremony for February.

However, I also moved to a new address yesterday. I’m wondering if I need to update my address on this webpage: https://www.update-my-details.homeoffic ... k/overview.

If anyone has advice or experience regarding this, I’d greatly appreciate it.

In principle you are still a foreign national on ILR until you attend the ceremony. It should be quick to update your details, so I would say tick that off your list, and then go attend the ceremony. It won't matter anymore in a few weeks.
