NEW EU pre settlement scheme for my mother

Dear all users thanks very much in advance for everything you do and for all of your time spent and spending on the forum.


I would like to apply for EU settlement scheme for my mom ( SHE CAME to UK in 2022 immediately after the start of the war in Ukraine )

The question is can she still apply for EU settlement scheme ? We have not even tried it in the past because of not knowing the rules and because of Covid - ( she was sick twice during Covid and had consequences to go through )

------Our situation is like that.------

Im dual UK and Ukraine citizen and my Mrs she is UK and Latvian / EU citizen ( we are not married and no civil partners - KIDS ARE COMMON - OUR COMMON KIDS )

Kids all UK, Ukraine and Latvians. ( our common kids )

The youngest child was born - when we were only living on visas - with NO UK PASSPORTS , all the others were born when we had settled status / indefinite right to live in the United Kingdom.




Dear all, can we apply for EU settlement scheme ? for my mother and our grandmother ? ( using the status of my youngest daughter who was born when parents were only on visas - AND AT THAT MOMENT SHE BECAME EU/ Latvian citizen - ( we applied for Latvian passport after she was born )
