Hi,

Think about this thoroughly before you continue because as soon as you bring her here as long stay and secures her IRP and you both split in few months or before 3 years thus the limit to Irish citizenship for her, she can use her health care skills to secure employment without you and remain. So best you get to know her very well in Philippines if you haven't already.

If you have known her and been in a genuine relationship for about 2 years (With proof of cohabitation) you can apply for type "D visa Join Family for Defacto partner of Irish national".
