ILR VISA Application delayed

Hello.
My partner has applied the ILR application on 1st April 2025 using 5 working days priority service however on 25th April she got an email from Home office asking her out of UK dates details which hasresubmitted on 6th of May 2025 now its been almost a month has passed still we haven't receieved any confirmation from home office about her ILR application successful or Not, We also contacted th online help ( telephone) number and it does responded general answers of wait this process takes some times, wondering if anyone has faced this kind of issue before and not understanding why it is taking that much of time desite we paid for priority service.
