Visitor Visa for My Mum – I’m Fully Sponsoring Her but She Has Low Funds. Will Her Strong Family Ties Back Home be enoug

The only thing I’m concerned about is her personal financial situation.

Here’s her background
She’s elderly and has dementia, so she needs regular medical care and has ongoing appointments back home
She owns property and lives with close family: her husband, son who supports her, and daughter and granddaughter
She’s not working or receiving a pension due to her health
Her bank balance is around £450

So while she doesn’t have a high personal income, she’s very rooted in her home country emotionally, financially, and medically.

As for me
I live in the UK with my two young children
I work part-time and earn around £1,150 per month, and I receive about £970 per month in Universal Credit. I do have about £2000 in savings.
I have enough to comfortably support her during her stay and I’ll be submitting all the necessary documents such as payslips, bank statements, UC letters, and proof of my tenancy

We're also including
A sponsor letter from me
A letter on her behalf due to dementia, explaining the reason for her visit
Medical records for her dementia and ongoing treatment, its not advanced yet and her checkups are after 6months or so.
Proof of family and property ties like utility bills, property documents, family registration info, and a letter from her son confirming financial support
My children's birth certificates to show our family connection

This visit is purely about spending quality time together. There’s absolutely no intention for her to overstay. She has deep family ties and a medical routine she must return to. She is from Pakistan.

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar. Do you think her lack of personal funds will be a major issue even with everything else in place?

Thank you so much for reading. Any advice or experience would mean a lot.
