Dependent Child ILR SET(F) for a dependent of ICT tier 2

Hi,

I took british citizenship while my partner is on ICT T2 visa including child. I would like to sponsor ILR for my child as partner ICT visa is till valid but planning to get ILR in near future. I am responsible for all education and other needs the child may have.

As a british citizen can I apply ILR for child who had also spend 8 years in UK on ICT dependent visa?

No. The child will follow the immigration path of your spouse and settle with them. Even a child's application (born outside the UK) for settlement under Appendix Private Life requires the child to have or have had leave under the Private Life route. So such children cannot benefit from that route even if they lived here for 8 years
