UK Spouse Visa Application Inside UK Questions

Hi Everyone,
I was issue dependant visa, family 10yrs route because of my daughter 2yrs 6months and when that expired , change to spouse visa, The route was not sated in the decision letter. then when biometric was faced off and register for evisa which now showing my status as dependant . My question is this as follows:

1, do I have to change the status to spouse visa?
2, I know for spouse is 5 yrs before indefinite, do I have to count the 5yrs from the date of marriage? or from the date of first visa issued? or from the date of spouse visa issued?

3, with all this in mind, when can I apply for indefinitely to remain or British citizen?

The form decides what you've applied for. Also what documents did you provide. Surely you must know what the requirements of the category applied for is. then when biometric was faced off and register for evisa which now showing my status as dependant Dependant of who? Spouse or daughter? . My question is this as follows:

1, do I have to change the status to spouse visa? Spouse visa normally shows spouse.
2, I know for spouse is 5 yrs before indefinite Not always, some are 10 years, do I have to count the 5yrs from the date of marriage? From date "spouse visa" was issued.or from the date of first visa issued? or from the date of spouse visa issued?

3, with all this in mind, when can I apply for indefinitely to remain If you were issued a spouse visa meeting all requirements, then 5 years from when initial spouse visa was issued or British citizen Cart before the horse?
