Mistake with referee photo

Hi all,

I applied for my daughter's Naturalisation a few weeks ago and I made a mistake in the referee forms. I've attached the photo of the referee instead of the applicant, and I can't believe I've made such a huge mistake.
I'm wondering if anyone knows a way I can reach out and correct it?

I think it'll be easily spotted as a mistake because both the referee forms use different photos of men, whilst my daughter is a 6 yr old girl.

Hi, I did the same mistake, please advise if you have any other way also to reach out home office to send the correct form.

I spoke to Home office - Customer care team, they suggested to send an email, but to attach the correct forms, the case worker will send an email separately when the case file is looked into.

Use the email addresses I wrote in my post earlier. We routinely advise to use them and they are reported to work.
