How many of these days happened in the last 12 months?

Then you can apply if you were in the UK in this period 5 years ago.

Thanks alot for your response, can I apply my kids review along with my citizenship application. Because I made application for citizenship for kids based on my indefinite leave,, only one child application was approved and other was rejected 6 months ago. Can I apply for review or is it too late?

Can you please post the reasons given for refusal (leaving out personal details)?

Presumably your child who was refused was born abroad and currently holds a visa in line with yout wife?? If so, then the refusal is correct. A child born abroad requires ILR before they can be registered as British and will follow rhe same immigration path as your wife.

The child who was approved was born n rhe uk before you got ilr so no issue as rhey had an entitlement to register as British.

Hi Cr001

Thanks for your response I m on this board for long time and you answer is always final and really appreciate your expert view. All your assumptions are correct.

I just need to ask that one of the rejection reason was "parent had not applied for the citizenship along with children" so in this context I was thinking to make a review application beczz the reason I could not applied citizenship along with children becz of gap in last 12 months due to medical reasons from the time when kids application was made. Do you think its worth making review application?

Does the child have ILR? If not, then an applicaiton forcitizenship is likely to be refused.

Useful to post the full refusal letter details.
